Our modern diets tend to be extra rich in omega 6 fatty acids which have been found to trigger inflammatory responses in our systems. When we incorporate into our diet more omega-3 fatty acids (found in vast amounts in fatty fishes like salmon, mackerel, sardines, sea bass, sea trout etc and in case you are a vegetarian you can try flaxseeds or walnuts), our system can fight inflammation more effectively in order to prevent or decrease future acne problems.
